1) Connect your Hercules Universal DJ controller to your Mac.2) Set your two sound cards to the same sampling rate.

• In the top bar of Mac OS, go to Go > Utilities.
• Run Audio MIDI Setup.
• If you don't arrive directly at the Audio Devices menu, go to Window > Show Audio Devices.
• Select your DJ controller, and verify its audio format (for example, 44100 Hz with Hercules Universal DJ).
• Select Built-in Output and make sure that the audio format is the same as for your DJ controller, i.e. 44100 Hz (= 44.1 kHz).

3) Create an aggregate device.

• In the bottom left-hand corner of the Audio Devices window, you will see a + sign: click on it, and select Create Aggregate Device.
• You can call this Aggregate Device, or a name of your choice (for example, Aggregate - Computer & Universal DJ).
